How to Manage Work Stress in a Healthy Way

Everyone is stressed and worried. It makes sense. Stress at work is the same. Many jobs automatically make people more stressed. Work stress shouldn't stop us from moving.

It's a call to us. If uncertainty at work stresses you out, set clearer limits. If it bothers you when people talk, stay away until they stop.

Since the world changes to fit us, we always have more power than we realise to make and start good changes. We must struggle and save energy. Does this work matter?

If the answer is yes, you have to adapt and find a way to make it work by not taking it personally and focusing on what you can learn, who you can meet,

and how much money you need to do the things you have to do until you can do the things you want to do.

If the answer is no, remember that we all have a limited amount of compromise energy.

If you use it on the wrong thing, you may not have any left when the right thing comes along and you need to be flexible, patient, and build it up.

Our job matters. Most of us love our jobs because they give us freedom, self-worth, and emotional support. 

We need more because we are more, and we shouldn't be afraid or feel bad about embracing all of our internal parts, no matter how contradictory or useless they may be.

We can only be happy and free of stress if we keep all of our inner selves in check.
